*Drivers under 17 w/restricted licenses not permitted to use wireless devices while driving.
*All drivers restricted from using wireless devices while driving through school zones.

Great Blog Mr. Dominguez. And I am especially happy with this new law regarding cell phone usage in school zones. I do not use a cell phone when driving but am affected by those who do. It's nice to see the state of Texas enforce such a mandate. Child safety is of the utmost. Calls can wait. Ms. Gates (Substitute)
